Boat trips and night diving are extra and may be booked and paid for directly at Dive Centre.
All clients MUST have a recent medical certificate to be able to dive in Malta and Gozo.
Unaccompanied Diving
One cylinder per person
Weights, belt and unlimited airfills
To dive unaccompanied in Malta and Gozo, divers must have a minimum qualification of 2 Star rating, advanced diver or equivalent and must get a local dive permit.
To get the permit, the following documents are required:
Proof of qualification (photocopies with name and rating)
2-passport size photos
Completed application form
Medical Fee of $6.00 per permit payable on submitting the applications.
Starting days, minimum amount and release
All participants of the Open Water course must be either in possession of a valid Medical Certificate if neeeded or fill out a Medical Self Assessment form supplied at Moby Dives.
Clients can have a medical examination arranged by Moby Dives at an extra cost.
For the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course, clients MUST have a PADI open water certification and MUST be at least 12 years of age.
All rates are in US dollars per person based on double occupancy. Subject to availability.
