This package is "Do-it-yourself", prearranged with a recommended itinerary. Upon arrival clients receive maps and other basic materials to go around by themselves. Car Rental Not Included.

Itinerary:

Day 1
Independent arrival in hotel. Welcome drink with Malvasia wine
and Parmesan cheese. Visit historical center of PARMA. Typical
dinner at Maxim's restaurant of the hotel and overnight.

Day 2
Breakfast in hotel. In the morning before 8:00 am self departure for dairy farm to see production process of Parmesan cheese. Then visit a prosciutto ham factory for study.
* Lunch in a winery “pinacoteca del gusto”.
* Visit of Torrechiara castle: constructed by Pier Maria Rossi between 1448 and 1460, situated on the top of hills surrounded by vineyards.
* Visit of The Magnani Foundation: hosted prestigious collection of Luigi Magnani, including works of Tiziano, Rubens, Van Dyck, Goya and the more recent Monet, Renoir, Cézanne, de Pisis etc. Return to hotel and typical dinner at restaurant. Overnight.

Day 3
Breakfast in hotel.
* SORAGNA: Visit of the Parmesan Cheese Museum
* FONTANELLATO: Visit of the castle of Fontanellato to admire frescoes by Francesco Mazzola called "Parmigianino."
* ZIBELLO: Visit of Culatello ham cellars and tasting Return to hotel and dinner with fish menu. Overnight.

Day 4
Breakfast in hotel. Depart for MODENA to visit a vinegar factory.
* MARANELLO: Visit of the Ferrari Museum. Departure
