Itinerary:

Day 1: ROME - NAPLES - POMPEI - SORRENTO
Pickup from your hotel in Rome at 7:00 AM. Early morning departure from Rome for Naples, where a short visit of the town is featured. Then on to Pompei, the famous Roman city destroyed by the volcanic eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 a.D. Lunch in a local restaurant, and afterwards, visit of the excavations. Proceed on to Sorrento. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: SORRENTO
Continental breakfast. Day at leisure in Sorrento. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: SORRENTO - CAPRI - ROME
Continental breakfast. Departure to Capri by steamer. Weather conditions permitting, visit the Blue Grotto. Return to Marina Grande and then transfer to Anacapri. Lunch in a typical restaurant followed by a visit of Augustus’ Gardens, with a view of the Faraglioni. Return to Rome at approx. 09.30 PM.
