Description: Full day excursion form Rome to the medieval village of Mazzano (1hr  from Rome); visit  a local merchant and hand pick fresh ingredients; cooking lesson: preparing Italian pasta; meal and wines included; visit Calcata village; wine tasting close to Rome; transfer back to the hotel.
